📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design efforts for AI-driven software products, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experiment with emerging AI design tools such as Lovable and v0 to redefine how product design functions within agile product teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex user requirements into intuitive, scalable, and aesthetically refined software experiences.
• Design enterprise-grade and governmental software interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and workflow efficiency in high-stakes environments.
• Establish, evolve, and maintain a unified design system to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all company products.
• Advocate for the user by continuously gathering insights and data to iterate on product experiences and improve outcomes.
• Deliver visually appealing, workflow-oriented solutions that significantly enhance user productivity in complex, data-intensive applications.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership, articulating rationale through presentations and documentation.
• Work within a fast-paced, high-impact environment where designs are deployed in real-world applications for sovereign governments, global energy companies, and national health systems.
• Contribute to shaping the future of product design at a startup backed by Silicon Valley leaders and deploying AI solutions at global scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software product design with a strong portfolio showcasing elegant solutions for complex enterprise software
• Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented products that significantly improve user productivity
• Exceptional skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Rive or Framer
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Prior experience in AI-driven or data-intensive software solutions is a significant plus
