  • • Lead and mentor a team of AI Platform Architects focused on designing, building, and optimizing intelligent workflows using Notable’s Flow Builder platform for healthcare clients.
  • • Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, ensuring high-quality, on-time deployment of AI-driven solutions aligned with client outcomes in healthcare quality, patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement.
  • • Provide technical oversight to ensure platform architecture adheres to Notable’s best practices, scales effectively across enterprise health systems, and maintains operational integrity.
  • • Drive operational excellence by streamlining project planning, documentation, testing protocols, and customer collaboration processes within the team.
  • • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer implementations, resolving technical blockers and coordinating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • • Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback, market insights, and implementation challenges into actionable platform improvements and roadmap priorities.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by promoting best practice sharing, mastery of the Flow Builder platform, and application of cutting-edge AI techniques including LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • • Support recruitment and onboarding of new AI Platform Architects, helping scale the team with top-tier talent and ensuring new hires are effectively integrated and set up for success.
  • • Act as a player-coach: maintain hands-on involvement in solving complex technical problems while simultaneously developing team capabilities and driving strategic initiatives.
  • • Engage directly with healthcare clients including clinical executives and technical stakeholders, translating complex healthcare workflows into scalable, AI-powered automation solutions.
  • • Ensure team alignment with Notable’s mission to improve healthcare for humanity by impacting 100 million patients through enhanced workforce productivity and care delivery.
  • • Promote autonomy and innovation within the team, operating in an entrepreneurial environment where technical excellence and customer impact are paramount.
  • • Travel up to 40% for customer engagements and internal company events, with Bay Area-based employees required to work in the San Mateo office at least three days per week.
  • • Influence cross-functional alignment across departments to ensure seamless integration of platform architecture with product development and customer success strategies.
  • • Champion the use of enterprise healthcare technologies such as EHRs, CRMs, and care coordination tools in solution design and implementation.
  • • Maintain a strong focus on measurable customer impact, ensuring every workflow delivered drives tangible improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare tech, including 3-5+ years managing technical teams
  • • Background in implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration, preferably in AI or low-code environments
  • • Proven ability to lead complex projects and customer engagements from discovery through delivery
  • • Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks is a strong plus
  • • Knowledge of health system technologies like EHRs, CRMs, or care coordination tools is a plus
  • • Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer and internal engagements
