- • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team of Account Executives across the APAC region, focused on mid-market and commercial segments.
- • Drive regional pipeline generation, deal execution, and consistent attainment of revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
- • Build and maintain a strong operating cadence including forecasting, pipeline inspections, deal reviews, and rep development cycles to ensure operational discipline.
- • Hire, ramp, and retain top-tier sales talent while fostering an ambitious, inclusive, and motivating team culture aligned with company values.
- • Improve sales process scalability by leveraging CRM data, performance metrics, and repeatable best practices to standardize and optimize workflows.
- • Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance pipeline conversion, support key accounts, and remove friction in the customer journey across APAC.
- • Reinforce high standards for value-based selling and customer-first leadership, ensuring every interaction drives long-term customer success.
- • Report regularly to senior leadership on regional performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and actionable improvement opportunities.
- • Adapt sales strategies to regional nuances across APAC markets, including cultural, economic, and regulatory differences that impact hiring, coaching, and deal execution.
- • Support the broader APAC regional growth strategy by aligning frontline rep development with overarching business objectives and market expansion goals.
- • Utilize analytical and operational instincts to interpret CRM data and pipeline metrics, making data-driven decisions that improve sales productivity and revenue outcomes.
- • Influence cross-functional partners across marketing, product, and operations to align go-to-market efforts and improve overall customer experience.
- • Travel as needed for team connection events, customer meetings, and key planning sessions to support regional sales objectives and team cohesion.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and global compliance standards while maintaining a strong focus on ethical, transparent selling practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience leading SaaS sales teams in a commercial or mid-market motion.
- • Strong understanding of regional nuance affecting hiring, coaching, pipeline strategy, and deal execution across APAC.
- • Proven track record coaching high-performing sellers and improving productivity, forecast quality, and revenue outcomes.
- • Experience building or scaling repeatable new-business and outbound motions.
- • Strong analytical and operational instincts, with comfort using CRM data, pipeline metrics, and forecast insights to drive decisions.
- • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management skills.
