  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospecting and qualifying high-value sales opportunities within the Canadian market for Ramp.
  • • Conduct outbound outreach via cold and warm campaigns to source new sales leads and expand Ramp’s customer base in Canada.
  • • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in finance, operations, and executive leadership roles to build a robust outbound prospect list.
  • • Apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria to evaluate lead quality and route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • • Perform consultative discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, financial workflows, and spending challenges to tailor Ramp’s value proposition.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and client data within Salesforce to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • • Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates in the Canadian market.
  • • Drive growth of the sales funnel by consistently meeting and exceeding daily and weekly outreach and qualification targets.
  • • Demonstrate high social intelligence and energetic phone presence during all customer interactions.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving sales processes and undefined workflows in a high-growth startup environment.
  • • Track and analyze personal performance metrics daily to optimize efficiency and improve outcomes.
  • • Act as a builder with high agency, taking ownership of pipeline development and market penetration without direct supervision.
  • • Work directly with C-level executives, finance leaders, and procurement decision-makers to articulate Ramp’s automated spend management solution.
  • • Leverage sales and marketing tools to execute scalable outreach campaigns and maximize lead generation effectiveness.
  • • Contribute to shaping Ramp’s go-to-market strategy for Canada by providing real-time feedback from prospect interactions.
  • • Maintain a strong sense of urgency and entrepreneurship, initiating actions independently to drive results.
  • • Stay informed on financial services trends and business operations to better understand prospect needs and position Ramp’s offerings effectively.
