- • Lead the strategy, development, and management of major products through the entire lifecycle.
- • Drive product vision, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer needs and align with business goals.
- • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring the product’s success in the market.
- • Participate in the development of document specifications that outline revisions or additional features of existing products, and the conception of new products.
- • Complete market research to identify trends and/or needs of targeted clients/customers.
- • Analyze and compare competitor's product lines in relation to the organization's current offerings.
- • Develop strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotions.
- • Serve as a liaison between other departments to gather client/customer feedback and disseminate information about the status of product development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a software or technology company.
- • Strong understanding of product development, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable strategies.
- • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
