  • • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to support strategic planning, territory and coverage models, growth initiatives, and go-to-market (GTM) priorities.
  • • Analyze business performance, pipeline health, customer trends, and sales funnel metrics to identify opportunities and inform data-driven recommendations.
  • • Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and executive reporting to enhance visibility and execution across the Enterprise organization.
  • • Develop and operationalize GTM growth strategies and strategic bets for new products, customer motions, capabilities, and market opportunities across Enterprise subsegments.
  • • Build and improve scalable processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operating cadences to increase efficiency and drive accountability within the Enterprise GTM function.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Product, Growth Strategy, and Systems teams to execute high-impact initiatives and improve sales productivity.
  • • Translate complex data into clear business insights, executive-ready materials, and actionable recommendations for leadership stakeholders.
  • • Communicate risks, opportunities, project updates, and key business insights while supporting ad hoc analyses and reporting requests.
  • • Help manage core sales cadences and operationalize key go-to-market initiatives to accelerate Enterprise revenue growth.
  • • Work within a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the San Francisco office.
  • • Contribute to improving business execution and operationalizing GTM initiatives through rigorous analysis and structured problem-solving.
  • • Drive initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, streamline reporting, and align cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives.
  • • Utilize data to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions that support rapid enterprise growth.
  • • Maintain high standards for quality and execution while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Data, and Operations to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • • Create and refine reporting systems that provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence on Enterprise business performance.
  • • Support the GTM Strategy & Operations, Enterprise Lead in scaling systems and rhythms that enable the Enterprise organization to operate more effectively.
  • • Focus on building processes that are repeatable, measurable, and aligned with the company’s mission to ensure AI benefits all of humanity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, or a related analytical role.
  • • Highly analytical with comfort working with large datasets to generate insights, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, performance reporting, or other GTM operating rhythms.
  • • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop practical solutions, and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
  • • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with experience influencing stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Data, and Operations teams.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to create executive-ready materials and clearly articulate recommendations.
