📋 Description
- • SentiLink Corporation is at the forefront of revolutionizing identity and risk solutions, enabling secure and confident transactions for institutions and individuals alike. We are actively reshaping the identity verification landscape in the United States, moving away from outdated, inefficient, and costly methods towards solutions that are exponentially faster, smarter, and more accurate. Our rapid growth is fueled by tremendous market traction, with our real-time APIs having already verified hundreds of millions of identities. We began by serving the financial services sector and are now strategically expanding into a diverse range of new markets. Our success is further validated by the strong backing of premier investors such as Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin, and by consistent recognition from leading publications and industry bodies including TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, and LendIt, with repeated inclusion in the Forbes Fintech 50 list since 2023. SentiLink has also made significant historical contributions, notably being the first company to go live with the eCBSV and providing expert testimony before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.
- • We embrace a flexible work environment, offering a range of options from fully remote to in-office arrangements, reflecting our digital-first operational philosophy. Collaboration thrives across our teams in the U.S. and India. Our physical presence includes offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. For those located near these hubs, we encourage regular in-office engagement to foster team synergy. Some roles are specifically designed for hybrid or in-office work, such as our engineering team in India, which primarily operates from our Gurugram office.
- • We are actively seeking a highly motivated and strategic AI Productivity Engineer to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence across our core business processes. The fundamental objective of this pivotal role is to achieve significant cost scaling by systematically identifying, implementing, and rigorously measuring AI-driven improvements that yield substantial productivity gains. Initially, this leader will focus on two pilot functions, tasked with designing a robust, repeatable framework encompassing AI opportunity identification, deployment strategies, governance protocols, and performance measurement. The ultimate measure of success in this position will be the demonstration of sustained, quantifiable improvements in cost efficiency, reduction in cycle times, and enhancement of quality. Furthermore, success will be defined by the successful establishment of an internal capability that champions responsible and scalable AI adoption throughout the entire organization.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, beginning with AI Opportunity Identification and Prioritization. This involves close partnership with functional leaders to pinpoint high-leverage processes that are prime candidates for AI enablement. You will be instrumental in mapping existing workflows, quantifying baseline performance metrics across cost, time, and quality, and subsequently prioritizing identified opportunities based on a clear assessment of return on investment (ROI) and overall feasibility. A critical component of this phase is the development of compelling business cases for AI investments, meticulously outlining expected impacts, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
- • Following identification, the role will drive Implementation and Execution. This includes leading the end-to-end deployment of AI tools and orchestrating necessary workflow redesigns within the pilot functions. A key focus will be on redesigning processes to natively embed AI capabilities, rather than simply layering new tools onto existing inefficiencies. You will coordinate extensively across various departments to ensure seamless adoption, comprehensive training, and uninterrupted operational continuity. Ensuring strict compliance with data security, privacy, and risk management standards will be paramount throughout this process.
- • Furthermore, the role demands rigorous Measurement and Performance Management. This entails defining standardized, actionable metrics to accurately assess the impact of AI initiatives, such as cost per unit, throughput rates, error reduction, and headcount leverage. You will establish sophisticated dashboards and regular reporting cadences to meticulously track performance against these defined metrics. The goal is to deliver sustained productivity improvements in the pilot processes, supported by documented performance data spanning at least six months. Regular updates will be presented to executive leadership, detailing outcomes, identified risks, and potential expansion opportunities.
- • Finally, the role is responsible for Framework and Capability Building. This involves developing and meticulously documenting a repeatable framework for AI evaluation and implementation. You will create essential internal resources, including playbooks, comprehensive governance guidelines, and effective training materials to promote responsible AI usage. Establishing a clear and efficient intake process for new AI ideas originating from across the company will be crucial. As initial pilot results are validated, the program will be strategically expanded to encompass additional functions and departments.
