📋 Description

  • • OLIVER, established in 2004, is the world's premier specialist in designing, building, and operating bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. As a vital part of The Brandtech Group, we are at the vanguard of integrating cutting-edge AI technology to redefine how marketing work is created and delivered. Our innovative AI solutions are designed to amplify efficiency, ignite creativity, and foster insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to achieve groundbreaking and impactful results.
  • • As OLIVER continues its dynamic expansion across the APAC region, our clients are seeking more than just standard delivery. They require a strategic partner capable of operationalizing their marketing vision, modernizing their operational frameworks, and reliably executing campaigns at speed and scale across diverse channels, markets, and time zones. This pivotal role is designed to elevate OLIVER's APAC capability to meet and exceed these evolving client demands.
  • • The Delivery Director will be instrumental in translating complex client strategies into robust, actionable operating models and efficient execution systems. This involves driving comprehensive account transformation initiatives, focusing on optimizing ways of working, implementing advanced tooling, establishing strong governance frameworks, and refining talent models to ensure peak performance.
  • • A key responsibility will be embedding Generative AI (GenAI)-enabled delivery processes. This strategic integration aims to significantly enhance speed, elevate quality, ensure consistency across all outputs, and promote knowledge reuse, thereby creating a more agile and intelligent delivery engine.
  • • This role will also lead a critical shared services hub. The objective of this hub is to bolster scalability, drive standardization across operations, and improve access to specialized capacity for various client accounts, ensuring resources are optimally utilized and bottlenecks are minimized.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. The Delivery Director will partner closely with New Business, Client Leadership, Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to architect and present compelling, operationally sound solutions for new pitches, renewals, and complex Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • • Ultimately, the success of this role hinges on ensuring that all client work is delivered precisely on brief, punctually, and to the highest expected quality standards, fostering unwavering stakeholder confidence and satisfaction.
  • • The Regional Delivery Director will set the benchmark for delivery excellence across the APAC region. This involves actively supporting account leadership teams in fundamentally transforming their operational methodologies and enabling seamless mobility of work and talent across different studios and client accounts.
  • • Key activities include operationalizing client vision and enhancing delivery outcomes by partnering with clients and account leadership to translate strategic roadmaps into detailed delivery plans, establishing effective operating rhythms, and defining measurable outcomes. This includes ensuring delivery approaches are perfectly tailored for retained, project-based, high-volume, and 'follow-the-sun' operational models, and establishing rigorous regional delivery standards covering brief quality, planning, prioritization, estimation, quality assurance, approvals, handoffs, and reporting.
  • • Leading account transformation will involve diagnosing delivery pain points and assessing maturity levels within accounts. Subsequently, designing and implementing bespoke operating model improvements—covering intake, triage, prioritization, sprint/cadence models, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), resourcing strategies, and QA/release management—will be crucial. This transformation requires leading change management efforts, including developing adoption plans, executing communication strategies, delivering training, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving continuous optimization.
  • • The role also encompasses leading the shared services hub by defining its vision, scope (services offered), service catalogue, SLAs, and engagement model with accounts. Establishing robust hub governance, enabling cross-account load balancing to accelerate delivery and reduce bottlenecks, and standardizing repeatable delivery components such as templates, playbooks, reusable assets, and production patterns are essential.
  • • GenAI enablement and responsible adoption involve identifying and prioritizing GenAI use cases that demonstrably improve delivery processes, such as versioning, localization support, content QA, summarization, briefing enhancement, knowledge retrieval, and production acceleration. This requires partnering with global and regional stakeholders to embed GenAI into workflows under strict governance protocols and developing comprehensive training and adoption programs to ensure delivery and craft teams can leverage GenAI confidently and consistently.
  • • In new business solutioning for pitches, RFPs, and go-to-market strategies, the Delivery Director will lead the delivery and operating model design. This includes defining service models, scope, tooling, GenAI workflows, and resource models (roles, capabilities, ramp plans, onboarding). A critical aspect is providing operational due diligence on proposed solutions, identifying delivery risks, dependencies, assumptions, and developing mitigation plans. Ensuring that estimates, timelines, and delivery commitments are realistic, transparent, and execution-ready, while aligning with client expectations and internal capacity, is also key.
  • • Regional delivery governance and ownership involve creating and maintaining documentation for delivery status, dependencies, risks, and mitigations across key engagements. Ensuring project lifecycle management is maintained and continuously improved, overseeing regional capacity planning, talent mobility, and cross-studio collaboration are vital. Monitoring utilization as a key indicator of planning health and scalability, and addressing chronic under/overload patterns, will be ongoing tasks. Furthermore, mentoring and developing delivery leadership through coaching, capability frameworks, training paths, and succession planning is a core component of this role.
  • • Success will be measured by achieving a Regional Account Health Score above 90%, an aggregate Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 45, and a Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score above 90, alongside maintaining Client Retention above 95%.
