- • As an Outbound Operations Team Lead at Bullpen Talent, Inc., you will be at the forefront of establishing and scaling a dynamic new outbound telemarketing division. This is a pivotal role where your leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on approach will directly shape the success of our client's growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing team from the ground up, focusing on the critical functions of cold calling and appointment setting to drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of outbound operations management. This includes not only strategic oversight but also active participation in the core activities. You will be expected to engage in hands-on calling, setting a clear example for your team and staying intimately familiar with the nuances of effective outreach. This dual role ensures that your leadership is grounded in practical experience and current market realities.
- • A significant part of your mandate will be to build and structure a small, agile team. As the division's volume and success grow, you will be responsible for strategically scaling this team, ensuring that we maintain efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of expansion. This involves identifying talent, onboarding new members, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- • You will be the primary overseer of daily cold-calling operations. This means establishing best practices, monitoring performance, and ensuring that every call contributes to our strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will manage the entire appointment-setting process, from initial contact to confirmed meetings, ensuring a smooth and efficient pipeline for the sales team.
- • Data is crucial to our success. You will play a key role in managing data acquisition strategies, ensuring we have access to high-quality leads. Equally important is your expertise in list segmentation. You will develop and implement sophisticated strategies to segment our prospect lists, allowing for more targeted and effective outreach, thereby maximizing conversion rates and optimizing resource allocation.

This involves developing clear standards, conducting regular call reviews, and providing targeted coaching. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) meticulously, analyzing the data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization across all outbound activities.
