Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end design, testing, and deployment of AI-powered workflows that measurably improve team efficiency and customer experience across ActiveCampaign’s global operations.
- • Curate and continuously expand a centralized, version-controlled prompt library containing reusable, high-quality prompts that meet security, brand, and performance standards for every department.
- • Partner with Operations, Quality, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to identify pain points where AI can automate repetitive tasks, reduce error rates, and accelerate time-to-value.
- • Rapidly prototype prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and function-calling integrations inside tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or lightweight Python/Node scripts; iterate based on A/B tests and live usage data.
- • Monitor workflow health in real time—tracking latency, token usage, accuracy, and user adoption—then translate insights into concrete prompt or architecture improvements that raise ROI.
- • Troubleshoot prompt failures, hallucinations, and API edge cases; document root causes and implement guardrails that prevent recurrence while maintaining a seamless user experience.
- • Standardize internal knowledge bases so that AI agents can retrieve, summarize, and act upon up-to-date, well-structured content without manual intervention.
- • Champion AI literacy across the company by running workshops, office hours, and Slack AMAs that demystify prompt engineering best practices and encourage safe experimentation.
- • Translate qualitative feedback from frontline teams into quantitative metrics, ensuring every iteration is tied to business KPIs such as ticket deflection, lead conversion, or campaign velocity.
- • Maintain compliance with data-privacy regulations and ActiveCampaign’s Responsible AI principles; perform regular audits of prompt outputs and user data flows.
- • Collaborate with external vendors and LLM providers to evaluate new models, negotiate SLAs, and integrate beta features that give ActiveCampaign a competitive edge.
- • Contribute to the product roadmap by surfacing internal automation wins that can evolve into customer-facing AI features, directly influencing the next generation of the platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using large language models, including prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling.
- • Demonstrated success in an operations, business operations, or technical program management role where AI automations delivered measurable efficiency or revenue gains.
- • Proficiency with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) to build lightweight integrations that connect LLMs to internal systems.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose prompt failures, optimize token usage, and improve accuracy through iterative testing.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Hybrid work model with flexible hours and the option to work remotely up to three days per week from anywhere in Brazil.
- • Competitive compensation package including performance bonus, stock options, and annual learning stipend for courses, conferences, and certifications.
