  • • d-Matrix Corporation is at the vanguard of technological transformation, dedicated to unlocking the full potential of generative AI. We are pioneering advancements in both software and hardware, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's achievable. Our operational ethos is built upon a foundation of mutual respect and seamless collaboration, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are not only welcomed but actively sought out to drive superior solutions. We champion humility and advocate for transparent, direct communication, creating an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
  • • We are actively seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about confronting complex challenges and possess a strong drive for execution. If you are ready to discover your "playground" and contribute to shaping the boundless possibilities of AI, d-Matrix is the place for you. Together, we can architect the future of artificial intelligence.
  • • This Principal AI Security Architect role is pivotal in designing and implementing highly scalable, secure, and high-performance AI accelerator systems tailored for demanding datacenter environments. The position requires a holistic understanding of AI computing, integrating algorithmic innovation, hardware-software co-design, robust system reliability, and stringent security principles. The ultimate goal is to ensure that customer workloads execute reliably and safely, regardless of the scale of deployment, from the silicon level through the entire software stack.
  • • As a key member of our architecture team, you will be instrumental in defining and enhancing hardware and software features for our next-generation inference and network accelerators. This involves staying abreast of the latest research and developments in Machine Learning (ML), computer architecture, and security domains.
  • • You will engage in close collaboration with cross-functional partner teams, including design, verification, and software engineering, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to system development. A significant aspect of this role involves assimilating customer system requirements and translating them into architectural specifications for our computing systems.
  • • Subsequently, you will work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to meticulously incorporate these architectural decisions at the appropriate design levels, ensuring that the final product aligns with both technical specifications and customer needs.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of AI hardware and software development, contributing to cutting-edge technologies that will power the next wave of AI applications.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of computer architecture, with a strong emphasis on secure computing paradigms. Experience with distributed systems, datacenter reliability, and manageability is crucial. A solid grasp of ML fundamentals is also essential for effectively architecting AI-specific solutions.
  • • You will be expected to leverage your programming expertise in C/C++ or Python to rapidly prototype and experiment with new concepts. Familiarity with Register Transfer Level (RTL) design is considered a valuable asset, enabling a deeper understanding of hardware implementation.
  • • We highly encourage candidates with a proven track record of innovation, evidenced by patents and publications in prestigious architecture, security, or machine learning venues, to apply. Your contributions will directly impact the security and performance of our AI accelerator systems, ensuring they meet the rigorous demands of modern datacenters.
  • • The role demands a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to work effectively with diverse teams and contribute to a shared vision will be paramount to your success.
  • • This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with options for working from our Santa Clara, CA office or remotely, allowing you to tailor your work environment to best suit your productivity and lifestyle.
