- • Lead the end-to-end AI solutioning process for healthcare deals, from initial discovery through deal closure, owning the momentum that drives engagements to successful completion
- • Diagnose prospective healthcare clients’ operational challenges through an AI lens, identifying high-impact use cases in Utilization Management, Care Management, Cost of Care, Claims, and Member/Provider Communications
- • Conduct in-depth research on client ecosystems and industry trends to develop tailored use case points of view and client-specific presentation materials
- • Develop deep expertise in Distyl’s Healthcare Solutions and leverage this knowledge to prioritize and design AI-driven workflows that directly address operational pain points
- • Collaborate with Account Executives to sharpen pitch narratives and differentiate Distyl’s AI-enabled offerings through technical insights and real-world outcomes
- • Perform technical discovery post-account opening by identifying viable use cases, defining solution architecture, and assessing feasibility on the Distillery platform
- • Embed within client workflows to understand operational processes better than end users, uncovering hidden inefficiencies and opportunities for AI optimization
- • Work closely with engineering teams to co-design solutions, whiteboard system architectures, debate tradeoffs, and translate customer needs into technical requirements
- • Build rapid demos and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions on the Distillery platform within days—not months—demonstrating AI capabilities directly to clients
- • Develop POC proposals with defined scope, success criteria, timelines, and resource requirements aligned to client objectives

- • Translate complex AI technical capabilities into specific, high-value business outcomes that resonate with senior healthcare executives
- • Communicate with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, case managers, claims analysts, medical directors) to ensure solutions are grounded in real workflows
- • Advocate for AI adoption by telling a clear, persuasive story that aligns technical capability with strategic business goals in regulated healthcare environments
- • Maintain awareness of regulatory frameworks such as NCQA and CMS guidelines and incorporate compliance considerations into AI solution design
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product management, technical growth, or chief of staff roles with direct healthcare domain experience (payer operations, provider workflows, or health tech)
- • Technical undergraduate degree in CS, engineering, math, or similar; ability to write code in Python/SQL and prototype AI workflows
- • Hands-on experience designing and building GenAI solutions (e.g., LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, RAG architectures) and prototyping on AI platforms
- • Deep domain expertise in healthcare operations (UM, claims, care management, network) and familiarity with NCQA, CMS, or clinical documentation standards
- • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence VP/C-level executives at Fortune 500 healthcare organizations
- • Ability to navigate messy enterprise datasets, extract insights, and build data-driven narratives that drive deal momentum
