  • • Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure layer supporting generative AI products, including model gateways, prompt/versioning stores, vector databases, and LLM evaluation tools.
  • • Implement secure access controls and authentication mechanisms that are integrated by default into all AI platform components.
  • • Develop and manage observability, monitoring, and logging solutions specifically for generative AI workloads and underlying infrastructure.
  • • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate GenAI infrastructure with agent frameworks and downstream applications.
  • • Optimize AI infrastructure for scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency in production environments.
  • • Serve as the product owner for GenAI capabilities within PointClickCare, working across organizational teams to identify, build, and support generative AI solutions.
  • • Ensure delivery of safe, scalable, and high-impact AI products through close integration with key horizontal partners.
  • • Enable seamless delivery of AI-generated insights directly into agent workflows through robust platform engineering.
  • • Maintain and evolve AI platform components to support evolving model architectures and deployment requirements.
  • • Apply deep specialization in AI infrastructure to solve complex integration challenges across distributed systems.
  • • Drive standardization of AI platform patterns, tooling, and operational practices across engineering teams.
  • • Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements for AI systems handling sensitive healthcare data.
  • • Participate in cross-functional planning to align AI infrastructure roadmap with product and business objectives.
  • • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams implementing GenAI solutions on the platform.
  • • Evaluate and adopt emerging tools and frameworks to enhance the performance, reliability, and usability of the AI platform.
  • • Maintain documentation and operational runbooks for AI infrastructure components and incident response procedures.
  • • Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address bottlenecks or degradation in AI service delivery.
  • • Contribute to the design of CI/CD pipelines for automated AI model deployment and platform operations.
  • • Ensure all AI infrastructure components adhere to enterprise-grade security and data privacy standards.
  • • Translate product requirements into technical specifications for AI platform features and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Extensive experience building and maintaining AI platform infrastructure using Kubernetes and container security
  • • Demonstrated expertise in observability and monitoring frameworks, with hands-on experience using OpenTelemetry and MLFlow
  • • Experience with AI infrastructure components such as vector databases, prompt/versioning stores, and AI IDEs
