📋 Description

• • As a Senior Manager of Project/Portfolio Management at Vision Service Plan, you will lead the Portfolio Solutions project management team with minimal direction, setting strategic direction for operations and change-the-business initiatives while managing complex interdependencies, resource constraints, and risk exposure across enterprise projects.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional business units and IT teams on project planning and delivery, constructing project teams and charters, establishing success metrics and ROI measurements, and guiding project managers to uphold and improve project management standards and quality.
• • You will regularly engage with sponsors and executives to ensure project deliverables are met or exceeded, establish and monitor value metrics to maximize returns, and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and processes to enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.
