  • You will be instrumental in guiding customers through their entire AI journey, from initial deployment and technical enablement to achieving scaled enterprise adoption. This encompasses a broad range of activities, including deep technical integration, transforming existing workflows with AI, and overseeing sustained program and product delivery. Your expertise will empower customers to leverage AI for enhanced productivity, innovation, and competitive advantage.

You will collaborate closely with customer teams to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable AI initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • You will serve as the central technical point of contact, fostering strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders. By deeply understanding their business goals, you will align OpenAI's capabilities with their strategic vision, ensuring that AI adoption is not just a technical feat but a driver of significant business outcomes.
  • Your role extends to being a critical bridge between the customer and OpenAI's internal teams. You will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Research to provide invaluable customer feedback, identify emerging field patterns, and communicate technical blockers. This cross-functional navigation ensures a cohesive and successful customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Success in this role is defined by accelerating customer adoption velocity, deepening the activation of OpenAI's platform features, guiding strategic use cases from conception to production, and enabling customers to clearly demonstrate the business impact of AI.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining account health, ensuring that customers are not only adopting the technology but are deriving sustained value from it. This involves proactive engagement, ongoing technical support, and strategic guidance.
  • Conducting technical enablement and configuration sessions will be a regular part of your duties, covering OpenAI's comprehensive product portfolio. This ensures that customer teams are well-equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
  • You will lead account-level coordination across multiple workstreams, managing new product activations, driving change management initiatives, and planning customer rollouts and deployments to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language is essential, enabling stakeholders at all levels to grasp the strategic implications of AI technologies.
  • You will be expected to build strong, trusted advisor relationships with key customer personnel, acting as a strategic partner in their AI journey.
  • Developing and executing an actionable adoption roadmap, complete with clear sequencing, milestones, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), will be crucial for guiding customer progress.
  • You will actively guide customers in realizing the value of AI, establishing baselines, defining KPIs, and reporting on post-deployment impact to quantify success.
  • Facilitating workshops on critical topics such as use case design, adoption best practices, champion building, and internal enablement will empower customer teams and foster a culture of AI innovation.
  • You will play a role in driving account expansion by identifying high-leverage opportunities where OpenAI's platform can power new workflows or business lines, contributing to both customer growth and OpenAI's success.
  • Serving as the technical advisor for existing customer implementations, you will guide and optimize account setup and configuration, ensuring the platform is performing at its best.
