- • Produce high-volume performance video ads at scale for Meta, AppLovin, and other platforms with zero hand-holding and full ownership of creative output.
- • Design and iterate on video ads using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects with pixel-level precision in hierarchy, contrast, motion timing, and layout optimization for conversion.
- • Build functional wireframes and prototypes rapidly in Figma, prioritizing show-over-tell with clean, production-ready files that can be directly converted into working prototypes.
- • Actively test, break, and refine generative video tools including Veo 3, Kling, and Runway Gen-4, identifying which models perform best for specific use cases and integrating winning workflows into a scalable production system.
- • Engineer prompts across text-to-image, text-to-video, and voice synthesis with advanced techniques including token weighting, negative prompting, LoRA fine-tuning, and style anchoring to achieve consistent, brand-aligned outputs.
- • Develop and optimize LLM and multimodal model workflows, understanding their failure points and designing production pipelines that circumvent limitations in embedding, context length, and output stability.
- • Continuously pressure-test emerging generative AI tools and document findings to evolve the creative system every sprint, ensuring the ad production engine becomes smarter and more efficient over time.
- • Operate as a self-driven, high-output contractor who treats ROAS targets as personal performance metrics and proactively ships work without waiting for direction.
- • Maintain deep awareness of the generative video landscape, including anticipated shifts in model capabilities, licensing, and platform integration over the next 90 days.
- • Deliver all work remotely while fully aligned with US working hours (EST, CST, or PST), ensuring timely collaboration and delivery within US-based team cycles.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing insights, documenting systems, and challenging assumptions to elevate the quality and efficiency of all video marketing outputs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects
- • Exceptional eye for design principles with ability to articulate why layouts convert based on hierarchy, contrast, and motion timing
- • Encyclopedic knowledge of current generative video models (Veo 3, Kling, Runway Gen-4) and their optimal use cases
- • Exceptional prompt engineering skills across text-to-image, text-to-video, and voice synthesis including token weighting, negative prompting, LoRA fine-tuning, and style anchoring
- • Fluent understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, and embedding pipelines including their failure points and production workarounds
- • Ability to work full-time within US hours (EST, CST, or PST)
