  • • Manage end-to-end channel program operations for Intel’s partnership with HP, including plan submission, execution of Market Development Fund (MDF) activities, and collection of Proof of Performance (POP)/Proof of Execution (POE) for MDF claims.
  • • Collaborate with HP Partner Business Managers and Account Managers to ensure proper alignment and execution of channel programs focused on HP commercial PC, Notebook, and Z Workstation products.
  • • Drive partner channel programs aimed at increasing Intel brand awareness and boosting reseller spend on Intel-powered HP commercial products.
  • • Generate bi-weekly data reports on channel activities, travel, training, strategic plans, and calendar events to track program engagement and compliance.
  • • Maintain monthly dashboards to monitor progress against targets, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic adjustments.
  • • Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal MarketStar teams and external client counterparts to ensure seamless program execution.
  • • Prepare and lead regularly scheduled performance reviews with internal peers and leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • • Use data-driven insights to guide planning, optimize program effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making.
  • • Provide internal and external customer sentiment insights, including product feedback and key industry learnings from channel partners.
  • • Identify high-performing partners with strong program participation and success metrics to recommend for expanded engagement or incentives.
  • • Deliver training sessions and communicate product messaging to channel partners and internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • • Travel up to 50% of the time to support partner engagements, events, and on-site program execution across the Eastern United States.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience managing and administering a channel sales program with proven channel partner experience
  • • Strong organizational and operational skills in time management, reporting, and project management
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive business relationships
  • • Previous experience in sales or technology, with a focus on channel sales
  • • Working technical and program knowledge of Intel processors and HP commercial computing platforms
