- • Analista Desenvolvedor Dados Pleno at Unisys Corporation is a remote role based in Brazil focused on understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions involving data architecture, ETL, data warehousing, BI, and analytics.
- • The role involves gathering requirements from Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Data Architects; building and maintaining technical designs, source code, and data solutions such as dashboards, reports, and analytical databases; guiding team members on software and data solutions; and participating in agile development by planning, estimating, and delivering backlog items while identifying risks and impediments.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data technologies including ETL, DW/DM, BI, Big Data, MDM, Data Quality, and Analytics; strengthen agile development practices; and grow as a technical contributor within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering data-driven solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field with minimum 360 hours of study, or any bachelor’s degree plus postgraduate specialization (specialization, master’s, or doctorate) in Information Technology with minimum 360 hours.
- • Preferred certifications: CSD – Certified Scrum Developer or PSD – Professional Scrum Developer.
- • Experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical data solutions and architectures.
- • Proficiency in designing and maintaining technical artifacts such as diagrams, data flows, interfaces, and source code for data solutions including ETL, data warehousing, BI, Big Data, MDM, and data quality systems.
- • Ability to guide team members on software and data solution implementation and alignment with business requirements and data structures.
- • Experience working in agile Scrum environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and proactive risk identification.
