- • The Analista Legal Junior role supports Skydropx in managing daily legal demands, focusing on customer complaints, labor issues, and general legal support to reduce risks and improve response quality.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the management of customer complaints and labor matters, reviewing and organizing legal documents, maintaining case records and deadlines, coordinating with internal teams (Customer Support, Operations, HR, leadership), and collaborating with the legal team in Mexico on case updates, documentation, and reporting.
- • The role operates within an international environment, working closely with the Mexico-based Legal Management team to ensure cross-border coordination and follow-up on legal matters across Skydropx’s operations.
- • The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in consumer law, labor law, and corporate legal support while gaining experience in a fast-paced, international tech company, improving legal documentation, risk identification, and preventive action proposal skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • Indispensable: Advanced Spanish or English for meetings with stakeholders and C-levels.
- • Law degree (Graduação em Direito).
- • Experience in a legal area, law firm, or in-house legal department.
- • Professional proficiency in Spanish (or English) for interaction with the legal team in Mexico.
- • Strong organization and attention to detail.
- • Ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines rigorously.
