  • • Monitor and resolve Data Exchange issues with high precision by analyzing automated alerts and ensuring minimal disruption to service continuity and data accuracy.
  • • Conduct deep-dive research into anomalies and unexpected data patterns within the Data Exchange ecosystem to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • • Follow standard operating procedures and runbooks while independently identifying outdated or ineffective processes and escalating improvements to leadership.
  • • Proactively detect operational risks by actively monitoring queues and flagging irregularities before they impact partner systems or payroll operations.
  • • Support cross-functional teams by compiling comprehensive incident details and providing clear context to enable efficient resolution without redundant follow-ups.
  • • Develop foundational understanding of payroll and money movement processes to contextualize data anomalies and improve resolution quality.
  • • Utilize available documentation and basic technical tools (e.g., querying or monitoring platforms) to troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
  • • Maintain high-quality execution in a fast-paced, queue-facing environment requiring consistent attention to detail and timely response.
  • • Work on a rotating shift schedule covering Friday through Tuesday, 8:00am – 4:00pm GMT.
  • • Collaborate effectively with Analyst II’s and team leads to escalate complex issues and contribute to ongoing process refinement.
  • • Build experience in identifying recurring trends and systemic anomalies through data analysis to support proactive issue detection and prevention.
  • • Ensure all resolved incidents are properly documented and contribute to knowledge base improvement to enhance team-wide efficiency.
  • • Actively participate in maintaining the integrity of data flows between DailyPay and its employer partners by adhering to strict operational protocols.
  • • Demonstrate adaptability and composure under pressure while managing multiple simultaneous alerts and prioritizing based on impact and urgency.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to monitoring workflows and documentation based on real-time experience.
  • • Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial and employee data in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
