📋 Description

• This freelance Analytics Consultant - AI Trainer role is critical to advancing the realism and reliability of AI systems in business intelligence, as your expertise will directly shape how artificial intelligence interprets and applies analytics in authentic organisational contexts.
• You will play a pivotal role in bridging human analytical judgment with machine learning, ensuring AI-generated insights reflect genuine consulting rigor rather than superficial pattern matching.
• Day to day, you will review and refine AI-generated outputs related to data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, assessing them for technical accuracy, logical coherence, and practical relevance to real-world decision-making scenarios.
• You will evaluate AI responses for analytical rigour, identifying instances where the model overlooks data quality issues, misinterprets stakeholder needs, or proposes solutions that lack feasibility in actual organisational settings.
• Drawing from your professional experience, you will draft realistic analytics scenarios that mirror common consulting engagements—such as diagnosing declining sales trends, optimising marketing spend attribution, or designing KPI frameworks for operational efficiency.
• You will create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (e.g., analytics consultant advising a client, business stakeholder interpreting a dashboard, or data scientist validating model inputs), enabling the AI to understand contextual nuances and differing priorities across roles.
• You will identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated content, such as failure to account for confounding variables, overreliance on correlation without causation, or neglect of ethical considerations in data usage.
• Your feedback will help train AI systems to distinguish between statistically significant findings and practically meaningful insights, improving their ability to support, not replace, human judgment in analytics workflows.
• You will work independently but within a structured framework, delivering timely, actionable critiques that align with project timelines and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level analytics consulting experience with a proven track record of advising on, implementing, or leading business intelligence or analytics projects within the EU or UK.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate analytics processes, including data quality assessment, methodological soundness, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Strong written communication skills, with the capacity to provide structured, detailed, and constructive feedback on complex analytical content.
• Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with reliable responsiveness and the ability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with real-world analytics workflows, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, dashboard design, and insight delivery in corporate or consulting environments.
