Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end data stack that powers Lovable’s GTM motion. You will design, build, and maintain the warehouse models, pipelines, and data products that Sales and Customer Success rely on every day to hit aggressive growth targets.
• • Translate fuzzy business questions into crisp data requirements. When a CSM asks, “Which accounts are most likely to churn next quarter?” you will turn that into a reproducible model, a living dashboard, and an automated alert that surfaces risk in real time.
• • Build the single source of truth for product-usage, CRM, and billing data. You will stitch together event streams from the application, objects from Salesforce, and subscription data from Stripe into a unified, queryable layer that every GTM team trusts.
• • Create self-serve analytics experiences. Using Hex, Lovable itself, and other BI tools, you will craft intuitive dashboards and lightweight data UIs so Sales reps and CS managers can answer their own questions without opening a ticket.
• • Power Sales & CS automation. Your models will feed lead-scoring algorithms, trigger HubSpot sequences, enrich CRM records, and drive in-app nudges—turning raw data into measurable pipeline and retention outcomes.
• • Partner with Product & Engineering on instrumentation. You will review event schemas, ensure consistent naming, and champion data-quality guardrails so new features ship with analytics-ready telemetry from day one.
• • Improve observability and governance. You will add tests, lineage docs, and SLAs so the entire company knows when data is late, broken, or simply ready for prime time.
• • Contribute to forecasting and experimentation. You will help define KPIs, build cohort-based LTV models, and design lightweight A/B frameworks that let us move fast without sacrificing statistical rigor.
• • Iterate in public. We deploy multiple times a day; your dbt models, Python scripts, and dashboards should evolve just as quickly. You will open PRs, solicit feedback, and ship incremental improvements that compound over time.
• • Shape Lovable’s data culture. As an early member of the data team you will set standards for code reviews, documentation, and onboarding that will scale with the company for years to come.
• • Champion the rep experience. You will treat internal stakeholders like customers: interview them, prototype solutions, gather feedback, and measure adoption so every data product feels lovable to use.
• • Work fully remote with a tight-knit, low-ego team that values extreme ownership and high velocity. You will jump on quick huddles, share async updates, and celebrate wins in our #data-wins channel.
