- • As the first dedicated Analytics Engineer at Counsel Health, you will own the semantic layer of the company’s data, building and maintaining core analytics data models that transform raw data into trusted insights for clinical outcomes, revenue, and utilization metrics.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and managing dbt-based data models, orchestrating pipelines with CI/CD and alerting, building reverse ETL flows to feed modeled data into production systems, and implementing HIPAA-compliant access controls for protected health information (PHI).
- • You will join a fast-growing, AI-native healthcare company backed by over $35M from top-tier investors like a16z and Google Ventures, where clinicians and technologists collaborate to build the first fully vertical medical group from the ground up.
- • In this role, you will define data modeling standards, shape how the organization measures success, and directly influence strategic decisions by turning ambiguous business questions into reliable, production-ready data products.
