📋 Description

• • As an Analytics Engineer at Sweed AB, you will build and maintain scalable, trusted data models that power both client-facing and internal analytics for a cannabis retail platform used by retailers to make daily business decisions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing dbt-based incremental pipelines, implementing data quality tests, owning conformed dimensions, collaborating with the Data Architect and product teams, translating business needs into precise metric definitions, and ensuring the reliability and freshness of client-facing reports.
• • Sweed AB is a remote-first, product-driven startup with over 200 employees globally, building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform that combines POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a single seamless solution.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern data stack technologies (dbt, Trino, ClickHouse, Airflow, Cube.dev, Metabase), strengthen your data modeling and testing practices, and grow your ability to communicate complex data logic to technical and non-technical stakeholders while contributing to a mission-driven company improving access to medicinal cannabis.
