- • Build, maintain, and extend data pipelines and dbt models to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets used across the company
- • Own the reporting layer across key business domains by building internal tooling and dashboarding to enable data-driven decision-making
- • Develop deep familiarity with Rogo’s data model and serve as a go-to resource for stakeholders interpreting data meaning and context
- • Support third-party vendor relationships with financial data providers including LSEG, FactSet, and PitchBook in close partnership with engineering and data product management
- • Support GTM analytics by building the data layer that powers account health, pipeline reporting, and customer activity tracking to augment the RevOps team
- • Build customer-facing analytics and usage reporting dashboards and datasets that enterprise clients use to understand their usage, adoption, and ROI
- • Partner with Finance on data infrastructure supporting FP&A, unit economics, and board reporting, ensuring metrics are consistent, trustworthy, and well-documented
- • Contribute to a high standard for data quality, testing, and documentation across the entire analytics codebase
- • Work cross-functionally with Finance, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams as a trusted data partner without being siloed into one function
- • Engage with a full-stack data ecosystem ranging from third-party vendor datasets to customer-facing usage reports and internal performance analytics
- • Anticipate data needs before they are formally requested, translating business questions into actionable data solutions
- • Operate with a full-stack mindset, following problems through to resolution beyond traditional role boundaries
- • Connect data outputs directly to business outcomes, not just deliverables, demonstrating strong business instinct
- • Work autonomously across multiple domains with minimal hand-holding, adapting to ambiguity and fast-paced priorities
- • Contribute to defining modern analytics practices at a frontier AI company serving top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a closely related role
- • Deep SQL proficiency with fluency in writing and optimizing complex queries and experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
- • Hands-on dbt experience including models, tests, macros, and understanding of well-structured transformation layers
- • Experience building dashboards and reports that non-technical stakeholders find useful (Sigma, Looker, Hex, or similar)
- • Full-stack mindset — ability to own problems end-to-end without handing off at role boundaries
- • Strong business instinct — ability to connect data work to business outcomes and decision-making
