You will collaborate closely with technical staff to diagnose and resolve software issues, translating complex problems into clear, actionable specifications for resolution. Your contributions will extend to the development of comprehensive software user manuals, ensuring that our applications are well-documented and easily understood by end-users.
  • • You will be instrumental in translating high-level software requirements into tangible, effective software design solutions. This involves a deep understanding of various software engineering practices and the ability to apply them to the Appian low-code platform. • • You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and privacy, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
