- • Join a world-leading medical technology company delivering cutting-edge technical support as an Application & Network Remote Support Specialist, where you will ensure connectivity, performance, and service excellence across ZEISS devices and customer network environments in ophthalmology and neurosurgery applications.
- • Manage end-to-end incident intake, triage, documentation, and resolution using Salesforce; provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for ZEISS devices and network environments including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and VPN configurations; support system setup, installation readiness, commissioning, and data transfer activities; collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and global support to resolve issues efficiently.
- • Be part of ZEISS Australasia’s Vision Care team, a foundation-owned organization with 179 years of technical innovation, investing over 15% of revenue in R&D annually, delivering market-leading products that correct eyesight, manage childhood myopia, and advance disease research and treatment development.
- • Develop expertise in medical technology support, network diagnostics, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to service excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovative environment that values security, compliance, and customer impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience in technical support, remote troubleshooting, and structured incident management
- • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, routing, VPN, firewall coordination)
- • Experience diagnosing connectivity and integration issues across systems and platforms
- • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong documentation practices
- • Experience with remote access tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
- • Commitment to security, compliance, and best practice in handling customer data
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
