This involves expertly guiding the requirements gathering process, translating intricate business needs into robust and scalable technical solutions, and overseeing the seamless execution of integrated business planning (IBP) solutions. Your scope will encompass the entire planning spectrum, from accurate demand forecasting and planning to sophisticated inventory management and overarching supply chain optimization.

- • This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on a globally recognized brand. You will be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage in the supply chain.
- • The Application Architecture team operates with a strategic focus on end-to-end supply chain projects. We are committed to delivering highly scalable and robust solutions that cover critical areas such as demand planning, advanced supply chain optimization, and intelligent inventory management.
- • Close collaboration with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team is integral to this role. You will work hand-in-hand to ensure that our o9 platform solutions are perfectly aligned with overarching business objectives and are fully supported by the core systems that drive our daily operations.
- • Together with our internal and external partners, you will contribute to the seamless execution of supply chain strategies and drive a culture of continuous improvement. This collaborative approach ensures that the business remains agile, highly efficient, and exceptionally well-prepared for future growth and evolving market dynamics.
- • You will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and integration of the o9 platform to support specific supply chain planning functions, such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
- • You will conduct workshops and facilitate discussions with business users to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of functional and non-functional needs.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive solution designs, functional specifications, and technical documentation for the o9 platform implementations.
- • Lead and participate in the testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for supply chain planning and the utilization of the o9 platform, acting as a subject matter expert.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the o9 platform and its integrations, working closely with IT and business teams to ensure system stability and performance.
