📋 Description

• As an Application Support Analyst at ConvaTec Inc., you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to end-users across various business applications, including Manufacturing, Labs, Logistics, Finance, Facilities, HR, and more. Your work ensures smooth operation of essential systems that support the company’s mission to deliver trusted medical solutions improving lives globally.
• Day to day, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within defined SLAs, provide 2nd level end-to-end application support, initiate problem management activities, create and maintain system documentation, generate performance reports, collaborate with L1/L3 teams and third-party vendors, contribute to project-specific tasks, and stay updated on IT trends and innovations. You may be required to participate in shift work and on-call duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in ITIL best practices is required
• Experience in IT support or software engineering
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English
• Ability to perform well under stress and provide reliable solutions
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties
• Strong problem-solving skills
