📋 Description
- • Join DYOPATH as an Application Support Analyst II to provide advanced technical support for business-critical software applications, ensuring users can work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment based in Mexico.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with development teams or vendors, participate in software testing, maintain technical documentation, log and manage issues via ITSM systems, and provide training and guidance to end-users.
