- • Build and ship AI features end-to-end, from model behavior design to system implementation and user experience delivery.
- • Design and iterate on prompts, tools, memory systems, and agent workflows to enable reliable, multi-step reasoning in real-world applications.
- • Transform raw large language model outputs into structured, predictable, and actionable behaviors for everyday user tasks.
- • Debug issues across the full technology stack including model inference, orchestration layers, infrastructure, and user interface components.
- • Optimize production systems for latency, cost efficiency, and reliability under non-deterministic model behavior.
- • Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance and drive iterative improvements based on user data.
- • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous, high-impact problems into functional, reliable AI systems.
- • Ensure ML models in production meet defined targets for accuracy, latency, and reliability under continuous usage.
- • Identify, debug, and resolve production issues quickly with root-cause analysis across model, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
- • Build robust, reproducible, and maintainable data pipelines, training loops, and inference systems that support long-running workflows.
- • Work with LLMs via OpenAI-style APIs, LLaMA, Qwen, and similar architectures to enhance task completion capabilities.
- • Utilize inference and serving tools such as vLLM to deploy and scale AI systems efficiently in production.
- • Employ Python, PyTorch, and/or JAX to implement, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models with production-grade code quality.
- • Integrate vector databases to support persistent context and memory for AI agents handling extended user interactions.
- • Drive continuous improvement through bias toward shipping, iteration, and measurable outcomes grounded in real-world usage signals.
- • Operate independently with structure and judgment in a fast-moving environment while contributing to collective decision-making.
- • Contribute to building a proactive AI smart assistant that brings intelligence to conversations, errands, organization, and daily workflows.
- • Ensure the system maintains persistent context and delivers reliable performance across complex, multi-step user tasks.

- • Strong foundation in machine learning and modern neural network architectures.
- • Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models in production.
- • Ability to write clean, production-quality code in Python.
- • Comfort working across abstraction layers from model to infrastructure to product.
- • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
