📋 Description

• As an Applied AI Engineer at Percepta LLC, you will work directly with customer executives, operators, and technical teams to define and deliver high-impact AI systems that transform critical industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and energy. Your role is central to Percepta’s mission of embedding frontier AI technology into real-world operations, ensuring that AI delivers measurable business value rather than remaining theoretical or experimental.
• You will be on the front lines of building Percepta’s European presence, helping to shape the company’s regional strategy and success by collaborating with industry-leading customers to deploy production-grade AI agents and workflows that drive millions in business value.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with customer stakeholders to define their long-term AI strategy and transformation roadmap, translating ambitious visions into actionable plans.
• You will identify high-leverage AI use cases by working backwards from strategic goals to surface and prioritize specific applications that connect ambition to measurable outcomes.
• You will rapidly build and deploy AI solutions that operate in real-world environments with real users and real data, ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and deliver tangible impact.
• You will continuously advance Percepta’s core product, Mosaic, by encoding lessons from customer engagements into new features, patterns, and abstractions that improve the platform for future deployments.
• You will operate with extreme ownership, proactively identifying what needs to be done and executing without waiting for direction, thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• You will balance speed and quality in execution, knowing when to accelerate delivery and when to prioritize rigor, all while maintaining technical excellence in messy, real-world settings.
