• • As an Applied AI Engineer at BLP Digital, you will be granted a founder-level mandate. Your mission will be to conceptualize, build, and deploy AI-powered internal tools designed to make our core operational workflows—including hiring, finance, and operations—not just incrementally better, but 10x faster. This role places you at the absolute frontier of what's possible with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and emerging AI tooling, with the direct objective of applying these advancements to enhance our internal efficiency and effectiveness.
• • Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere development. You will be instrumental in evaluating, integrating, and strategically chaining the latest AI models, APIs, and frameworks. This includes working with LLMs, sophisticated agent frameworks, efficient embedding pipelines, and advanced AI coding tools. The goal is to seamlessly weave these technologies into robust, production-ready internal solutions that deliver tangible results.
• • A core aspect of this role is creating compounding leverage. Every tool you develop should be engineered to free up significant amounts of time and resources across the entire company, amplifying the impact of your work exponentially. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that integrates flawlessly with our existing systems, including our APIs, databases, and various third-party services, ensuring reliability and performance even under heavy load.
• • You will own your deployments end-to-end. This means taking full responsibility from the initial build and rigorous testing phases through to deployment, ongoing monitoring, and continuous improvement.
