  • • As an Application Specialist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will be a pivotal figure in ensuring our clients maximize the potential of their GE Healthcare MRI systems. This remote role, based in the Halle/Leipzig area of Germany, requires extensive travel throughout the DACH region, approximately 70% of your working time, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive formal technical and clinical training sessions for customers who have recently acquired GE Healthcare MRI equipment. This involves imparting deep knowledge of the entire spectrum of product features and benefits, ensuring users are proficient and confident in operating the advanced technology.
  • • Beyond initial training, you will provide ongoing post-sale support, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. This includes on-site visits to conduct further training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the performance of the installed GE Healthcare devices, thereby fostering continuous customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously monitor and control customer satisfaction levels. Through regular feedback mechanisms and proactive engagement, you will identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency of our MRI systems.
  • • You will be instrumental in gathering and relaying crucial customer insights. This involves preparing detailed post-training reports and providing regular feedback on customer satisfaction and evolving needs to our internal sales and service organizations. This information is vital for product development and service enhancement.
  • • In addition to your core training duties, you will support GE Healthcare's presence at major trade fairs and scientific conferences. This will involve conducting compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the latest innovations and capabilities of our MRI portfolio to a wider audience of healthcare professionals and potential clients.
  • • Your extensive product knowledge will also be leveraged to support our sales and marketing teams. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and clinical insights that can assist in pre-sales activities and the development of marketing strategies.
  • • This role demands a proactive and self-motivated individual who can identify opportunities for improvement and effectively communicate proposed solutions. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating a high degree of flexibility and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
