- • **Performance-Driven Productivity:** This role is performance-oriented, with clear targets designed to drive success. You will be expected to achieve daily call targets of 120-150 calls and monthly connected call targets of 1,200. Maintaining strong consistency in meeting these productivity expectations is vital for individual and team success.
- • **What Success Looks Like in This Role:** We define success through measurable outcomes that demonstrate your effectiveness and contribution. Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- • **Speed-to-Lead:** Achieving a Speed-to-Lead of under 10 minutes for every inbound lead, ensuring prompt engagement.
- • **Contact Rate:** Maintaining a consistent Contact Rate between 45% and 65%, indicating your ability to connect with prospects.
- • **Appointment Set Rate:** Achieving an Appointment Set Rate between 25% and 40%, showcasing your skill in converting engaged leads into scheduled meetings.
- • **Meeting Show Rate:** Ensuring a Meeting Show Rate between 70% and 80%, highlighting the quality of appointments you set and the follow-through of leads.
- • **Meeting-to-SQL Rate:** Contributing to a Meeting-to-SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) Rate between 40% and 60%, demonstrating the caliber of leads you pass to the sales team.
