  • • The AR Caller role supports U.S.-based clients by managing payment follow-ups, client communication, and account tracking to reduce outstanding balances while maintaining professional relationships and accurate internal documentation.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to follow up on outstanding invoices, sending email reminders, analyzing denial reasons, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • • The role is part of a remote team supporting U.S. clients from LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones.
  • • The person in this role will develop expertise in accounts receivable, collections, negotiation, and CRM-driven processes, gaining hands-on experience in financial performance support and client relationship management within a structured, goal-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related financial follow-up roles
  • • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence handling payment conversations professionally
  • • Strong analytical ability to understand denial reasons and identify next actions
  • • Negotiation skills to support dispute resolution and payment collection
  • • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate documentation
