📋 Description

• The AR Specialist role at ElevenLabs is a critical operational function that ensures accurate billing and revenue integrity for enterprise customers, directly supporting the company’s rapid growth and mission to transform human-AI interaction through voice technology.
• This role sits at the core of ElevenLabs’ revenue engine, bridging Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to guarantee that every enterprise deal is correctly provisioned, billed, and maintained in Stripe — making it essential for financial accuracy, customer trust, and scalable operations.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include translating closed-won Salesforce opportunities into accurate Stripe customer profiles, subscriptions, and payment terms, ensuring pricing, billing intervals, trial periods, and discounts align precisely with executed contracts.
• The specialist manages the full subscription lifecycle, including processing mid-cycle changes (upgrades, downgrades, seat adjustments), handling renewals and cancellations with proper proration, and maintaining clean customer metadata in Stripe to prevent billing errors.
• A key focus is revenue integrity: conducting regular audits to detect and resolve ghost subscriptions, duplicate accounts, or misapplied charges, and supporting month-end and quarter-end close by reconciling Stripe data with finance records.
• The role requires proactive cross-functional collaboration — serving as the go-to billing expert for Sales and Support teams, partnering with Customer Success on escalated issues, and working with Engineering to improve Stripe configurations and automate provisioning workflows.
• ElevenLabs operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first mindset, offering the AR Specialist the chance to influence process design and automation in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment where impact matters more than titles.
• The individual will gain deep expertise in SaaS billing operations, Stripe optimization, Salesforce integration, and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), while contributing to scalable systems that support ElevenLabs’ expansion into voice, creative, and API platforms.
• Success in this role means enabling seamless customer onboarding, reducing billing friction, and helping maintain the financial precision expected of a $11B-valued AI leader — all while working alongside top-tier researchers, engineers, and operators committed to excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Stripe (or equivalent billing platform), including subscriptions, invoicing, coupons, proration, and payment methods
• Proven experience managing billing operations or order management in a SaaS or subscription-based business, preferably with both self-serve and enterprise motions
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, specifically the ability to read opportunity data, order forms, and contract terms to drive accurate provisioning
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of building repeatable processes and documenting edge cases to ensure consistency and audit readiness
• Comfortable collaborating across functions — Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance — in a fast-paced, globally distributed, remote-first environment
