Junior Project Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Junior Project Manager at OLIVER, you will coordinate translation and localisation projects with suppliers like Lionbridge and Crawford, ensuring operational excellence across multiple markets by managing briefs, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and reviewing translation briefs, verifying source files and context, submitting projects to suppliers with accurate instructions and timelines, tracking job status using internal trackers, monitoring supplier turnaround times, escalating risks or delays, supporting quality checks, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers.
• • You will also maintain organised documentation of communications and approvals, coordinate amendment rounds, manage shared folder structures and version control, support invoicing accuracy by validating completed work against scope, and contribute to reporting on project volume and supplier performance.
