- • The Operations & Performance Manager, Lead Generation is responsible for owning and optimizing the technology, data, and performance behind lead generation campaigns at AnewHealth, a leading pharmacy care management company serving over 100,000 patients across all 50 states. This role ensures lead acquisition programs are efficient, compliant, and high-performing to support patient outreach and business growth.
- • Day to day, the person will configure and monitor lead generation platforms like Leadspedia and TrustedForm, analyze campaign performance across channels, diagnose data discrepancies, adjust validation rules and sourcing strategies, build reports on lead quality and ROI, and collaborate with Marketing, Growth Analytics, and Compliance teams to align efforts with business goals.
- • AnewHealth, formed in 2023 from the merger of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, provides comprehensive pharmacy services, pharmacy benefit management, and specialized support for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), with over 1,400 team members dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with complex chronic needs.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in lead generation technology, performance analytics, and compliance-driven marketing operations, gaining the ability to drive measurable improvements in campaign efficiency, lead quality, and ROI while working cross-functionally in a regulated healthcare environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or lead operations
- • Hands on experience managing and optimizing lead generation platforms (e.g., Leadspedia, TrustedForm, or similar tools)
- • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
- • Experience working closely with compliance, legal, or risk teams
- • SQL, advanced Excel, or BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
