- • This role demands a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. You will identify potential risks and challenges associated with capital projects and develop mitigation strategies. You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing best practices in capital planning and project management to ensure consistency and efficiency across our global portfolio.
- • The Senior Manager, Capital Planning will play a direct role in shaping the physical infrastructure that supports WHOOP's innovative culture and operational excellence. This includes exploring sustainable building practices and innovative design solutions that align with WHOOP's commitment to health and performance.
- • Ultimately, this role is about more than just managing budgets and timelines; it's about strategically investing in our physical assets to create environments where our employees can thrive, innovate, and contribute to WHOOP's continued success and global expansion. Your leadership will directly impact the quality, functionality, and long-term value of the spaces that house our most valuable asset: our people.
