- • Serve as the Architecture & Engineering Manager for the UK & Ireland region, developing and optimizing relationships within the A&E program to align Axis solutions with consultant and market needs.
- • Act as a key ambassador for the Axis brand, promoting thought leadership and demonstrating the value of Axis end-to-end video surveillance and security solutions to the consultant community.
- • Cultivate and manage existing business relationships with A&E program members while actively building new relationships with consultants in the UK and Ireland.
- • Provide expert advice to consultants on specifying Axis network products, ensuring accurate system design and improved operational efficiency.
- • Support and develop focus accounts within the A&E program by aligning technical solutions with project requirements and sales objectives.
- • Educate specifiers and consultants on the smart use of Axis design tools to enhance system accuracy and streamline project workflows.
- • Define and execute regional strategies in alignment with the EMEA Head region, Northern and Eastern Europe (NEE), and UK & Ireland business goals.
- • Collaborate closely with regional sales and end-customer teams to build a robust project pipeline through the specification of Axis products into new installations.
- • Work virtually with global peers across Axis sales regions to share best practices and ensure consistent application of A&E program standards worldwide.
- • Travel extensively across the United Kingdom to meet with consultants, partners, and clients; occasional travel to Nordic countries is required.
- • Position Axis as a trusted advisor in the video surveillance industry by actively participating in industry forums, associations, and professional networks.
- • Develop and execute business plans that exceed objectives, demonstrating a proven track record of driving demand and delivering measurable results.
- • Maintain a proactive, independent, and innovative approach to identifying new opportunities and improving processes within the A&E program.
- • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels with strong presentation and networking skills to influence technical decision-makers and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- • Articulate with engaging presentation and communication skills
- • Experience developing and executing business plans that exceed objectives
- • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- • Active participant in industry forums and professional associations
