- • Responsible for tele business development activities to achieve sales objectives by setting meetings and driving prospect attendance at Arity sales and marketing events.
- • Participate in pipeline reviews and account strategy sessions to align inside sales efforts with broader sales goals.
- • Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary system to track all customer interactions, activities, and pipeline progress with diligence and accuracy.
- • Develop and maintain a regular cadence with field sales teams to execute pipeline and account penetration strategies across sales verticals.
- • Execute targeted email and phone outreach campaigns designed to generate interest and secure meetings with decision-makers.
- • Lead the strategic sales approach for the inside sales team, including determining campaign design, lead generation tactics, and sales messaging for key accounts.
- • Drive prospect engagement through coordinated multi-channel outreach to increase meeting conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting criteria and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines, including adherence to fair chance ordinances where applicable.
- • Maintain a dedicated, private workspace at home with reliable internet (minimum 50 MB download / 5 MB upload) when working remotely.
- • Use provided company technology setup, including laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse, to perform all job functions effectively.
- • Receive monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset home internet costs while working remotely.
- • Operate without supervisory responsibilities; focus solely on individual and team-based sales development execution.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by challenging the status quo and supporting the future of protection through data-driven sales strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development (preferred)
- • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) preferred
- • Proven experience using Salesforce.com to track sales activity and manage pipeline
