  • • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for CAS across Latin America, designing and executing recruitment funnels for critical and recurring roles
  • • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
  • • Build and maintain scalable talent pipelines for roles that consistently require hiring, leveraging data to optimize sourcing channels and reduce time-to-hire
  • • Set, track, and report on recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source quality, and offer acceptance rates to continuously improve hiring efficiency
  • • Design and implement staffer success programs that drive performance, growth, and retention, including clear development pathways and feedback systems
  • • Monitor performance trends and employee satisfaction metrics to identify drivers of retention and proactively address attrition risks
  • • Champion a culture aligned with company values by modeling leadership behaviors and ensuring consistent alignment across teams
  • • Manage and develop the Talent team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and cultivating the next generation of talent leaders
  • • Partner closely with department heads to align hiring plans with workforce planning and business priorities
  • • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to shape policies, processes, and systems that enable staffer success and operational excellence
  • • Use data-driven insights from dashboards and retention analyses to refine recruitment and employee success strategies
  • • Surface actionable insights and recommendations to the Director of Operations and broader leadership team based on performance, hiring, and retention trends
  • • Ensure all talent processes adhere to CAS’s standards for quality, security, and collaboration, including use of secure platforms and structured workflows
  • • Maintain full exclusivity as a full-time employee, with no concurrent part-time or freelance engagements
  • • Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing support to ensure new hires integrate successfully and thrive in their roles
  • • Administer referral rewards program and manage monthly flexible stipends (CAS Flex Perks) for all staff
  • • Ensure compliance with company policies on security, including MFA, least-privilege access, and secure file sharing
  • • Communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English across all levels of the organization

  • • Proven experience in recruitment leadership and employee success/engagement leadership
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across levels
  • • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution

  • • Comfortable working with data — KPIs, dashboards, retention analyses
  • • Experience leading and developing a team
  • • Confident written and spoken English
