- • The Art Direction Manager at Brooks Sports, Inc. leads complex creative productions and projects, providing guidance to other Art Directors on the team to develop photography and video assets used across marketing channels including print, retail, packaging, social media, and events.
- • Day to day, the role involves driving projects from concept development through video and photo art direction, storyboarding, on-set creative leadership, and collaboration with partners in retouching, video editing, color, and motion graphics.
- • The Brooks Global Creative team is dedicated to imagining, designing, curating, and manifesting creative concepts that define and express the Brooks brand, fueled by a culture of excitement, collaboration, creativity, and innovation rooted in brand values like Runner First, Word is Bond, Champion Heart, There is no 'I' in Run, and Keep Moving.
- • In this role, the individual can elevate their creative leadership, deepen expertise in visual storytelling for athletic brands, influence brand-defining campaigns, and mentor fellow creatives while contributing to a mission-driven organization that inspires movement and human connection through sport.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in art direction for photography and video production
- • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with detail- and quality-orientation
- • Experience guiding and mentoring other Art Directors on creative teams
- • Strong collaboration skills with partners in retouching, video editing, color, and motion graphics
- • Self-motivated and comfortable working in ambiguous situations with reliance on experience to anticipate outcomes
