- • As an Art Director, Commerce Media at Tinuiti, you will set the strategic creative direction for designing across major commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and Chewy, defining the point of view rather than just executing against it.
- • You will lead high-stakes creative work for top accounts, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, DPIs, video, and Commerce Media, while mentoring design and copy teams and translating performance data into sharper creative decisions.
- • Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing $4 billion in digital media with over 1,200 employees, uniting media and measurement to eliminate waste and scale what works through proprietary technology like Bliss Point.
- • You will develop frameworks and thought leadership that position Tinuiti as the definitive voice in commerce creative, serve as the creative lead on new business pitches, and stay ahead of platform innovations to turn them into client opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of design experience with significant time designing for Amazon and at least one other major commerce platform
- • Recognized expertise in the Commerce Creative ecosystem (A+/Premium A+, Stores, DPIs, video, Sponsored Brands) and understanding of performance data
- • Ability to lead senior client conversations and pitch rooms, presenting and defending creative thinking at an executive level
