📋 Description

• • The Art Director – Market Access role at Precision AQ, LLC is responsible for leading the concept, design, and development of visual resources across multiple accounts, projects, and platforms—both print and digital—to support clients’ commercial success in the healthcare marketplace. This role directly impacts patient outcomes by translating complex pharmaceutical marketing strategies into compelling, effective visual communications.
• • Day to day, the Art Director will interpret strategic and tactical plans from account management and creative leadership to design materials such as presentations, websites, training content, and infographics; collaborate with designers, copywriters, and production teams; delegate and review work from senior graphic designers; ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards; provide production specifications; and maintain up-to-date expertise in design software and emerging techniques while mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of accountability and innovation.
