- • The Art Director – Market Access role at Precision Medicine Group involves leading the creative development of visual resources that support clients’ commercial success in the healthcare marketplace, directly contributing to patient impact through compelling design.
- • Day to day, the Art Director will concept, design, and develop materials across print and digital platforms, manage project timelines, collaborate with copywriters and designers, delegate tasks to senior graphic designers, review and critique work, and ensure production readiness by providing specifications and signing off on materials.
- • The team operates within Precision Medicine Group’s creative division, working closely with Creative and Associate Creative Directors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values innovation, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration in pharmaceutical marketing.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in healthcare and pharma marketing, refine leadership and delegation skills, master visual storytelling for complex data and scientific content, and grow their ability to drive strategic creative solutions from concept to delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising or graphic design
- • 4+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative department environment
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of both Mac and PC systems
- • Strong presentation skills and extensive client contact experience
- • Passion for health and science, with up-to-date knowledge of healthcare and pharma marketing trends
- • Demonstrated ability to visualize data, charts, and infographics effectively
