📋 Description

• As an Art Director for Voodoo's Midcore Unit, you will define and own the artistic vision for a high-potential mobile game, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with creative and commercial goals across a newly established internal studio.
• You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary art team, establish cohesive visual style across UI/UX, characters, environments, VFX, and animation, drive creation of visual style guides and asset pipelines, and contribute hands-on to key art assets using Unity.
• You will join a dynamic, focused team within Voodoo, a global leader in mobile publishing with 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, working on a promising prototype with established momentum.
• You will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a live game, refine player experience through data-driven design, and grow as a creative leader in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Lead Artist on at least one shipped mobile title, ideally within the midcore genre
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a game's visual identity, from early concept through to live product
• Deep understanding of the visual language of midcore games — including character design, environment art, UI/UX, and combat feedback systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary art teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Hands-on proficiency in Unity, with the ability to implement, integrate, and optimise assets directly in-engine
• Fluent in English
