- • As an Art Director in SBD, Inc.'s in-house advertising agency “The Shop,” you’ll contribute high-volume ideas that turn strategy into clear, compelling creative concepts across digital, social, retail, and video channels.
- • You’ll develop and execute campaigns from concept through final execution, partnering with copywriters and cross-functional teams to build integrated work that meets business objectives while managing multiple projects on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- • You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, and Senior Art Directors to refine campaign direction and assist in planning photo and video shoots, supporting art direction on set with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
- • You’ll grow your skills across 20+ global brands, access state-of-the-art learning resources, and belong to a diverse, inclusive culture where your work empowers makers, doers, protectors, and everyday heroes worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- • 2-5+ years’ work experience with an in-house marketing team or advertising agency.
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong design and art direction skills.
- • A portfolio with relevant work experience and examples (required).
- • Experience in photo/video art direction (preferred).
