- • As the Staff Web Designer (Art Director | Web Design) at Deel, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of the company’s marketing website, serving as the critical bridge between brand expression and measurable business performance in a fast-growing global SaaS leader.
- • You will own the website’s creative direction, ensuring it is not only visually compelling but also technically sound, conversion-optimized, and aligned with Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity through seamless HR and payroll infrastructure.
- • Day to day, you will partner with a cross-functional web team of designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists, and external partners to foster excellence in execution and craft, translating performance insights into actionable design briefs and initiatives.
- • You will collaborate closely with SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams to ensure the website drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion at scale while maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- • You will develop and evolve the Website Design System in partnership with developers, establishing scalable systems and processes that increase project velocity and enable self-serve capabilities across the organization.
- • You will continuously improve UX and UI through data-driven testing, iteration, and advocacy for best practices, ensuring web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and tied to shared success metrics.
- • You will manage and mentor junior designers, advocate for design excellence, and uphold brand integrity while embracing AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies to enhance workflow and innovation.
- • You will work in a fully remote, globally distributed environment with teams spanning over 100 countries, contributing to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and inclusivity that reflects Deel’s values as a leader in the future of work.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow as a design leader by influencing high-impact web initiatives that support Deel’s $1B+ ARR and 150+ country operations, building expertise that positions you at the forefront of global digital experience design in a high-growth tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing with a proven track record in high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
- • Deep understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, responsive development, and experience with Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, high-quality execution, and experience with AI-assisted workflows or AI-powered product experiences.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to balance brand integrity with data-driven decision-making in agile environments.
